Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Update Work Order Status Using API Or Interface

Hello,

I would like to change the status of the Work Order if the Material Shortage is marked as Yes.

Is there an API or interface available so that I can create a concurrent program and use the API or interface to change the status of the work order?

Appreciate any insight.
