Subscription billing from Order Management in R12.2.2 and above

Hi Team,

In R12.2.2 and above we can enter

Order using standard O2C cycle to sell and fulfill subscription service

If so, does the service order upgrade / downgrade / renewal etc...can be handled in Order Management itself as extended feature unlike thru Service Contracts in R12.2.1 or before?

Please clarify
