Excel Template on BI Publisher Column /Row issue

Hello All,

Good day. I have created a simple query using query manager of Peoplesoft,

I am using MS office 2007 , I create a template using XML.

The sample format is:

I load XML and Preview the Template:

Preview is  like this :

What Happen is : Data does not come in rows, instead all data falls in to same column and same row. for instance if there are 10 employees, all would be in cell A 3, ( it should be in like Emp  01 = A3, Emp 02 = A4 and so on) Same happens for birth column. I am unable to comprehend this I would really appreciate if someone can help me out on this. Any help would be great.
