Different preview of report when generated from developer and applications

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question

I have a report which is showing different preview when running from application and developer. I have attached screen shots where it is observed that RunFromDev screen shot has more margin in left side than RunFromApps. What may be the cause for this issue? I am expecting same print view from where ever I am running report. My environment is EBS 12.1.3 and reports developer 10g.
