Fincorp Account duplication

Hello All

We are facing an  issue where in there are two Individuals with same FINCORP Account getting created at the same time whereby the account (FINCORP Account) is created twice in the S_ASSET table.

The time stamp is exactly the same whereby instead of updating the account it goes and duplicates the FINCORP account. We need to restrict the same

If anyone has faced any similar issue , kindly let me know how to resolve the same.
