Horrible Experience !

I had the most horrible experience with Oracle Support. I opened an SR with severity 1 and provided numerous screen shots and complete information. I received no support at all, after 4 days of waiting for help from Oracle support, I was able to resolve that issue myself.

Oracle charges so much money to its customers for so called " support " but provides horrible or no support at all.
