Posting Debrief Failing

Hello Team,

Here we are getting an error "The transaction failed because there was an error. ." on the HTML debrief page  once we hit the "Post debrief". Related to this error I searched the KB doc iDs 213378.1 and 390380.1 and found everything correctly setup as per the solution mentioned under these KB articles.

Further I found the below community post which fix my issue however I didnt understand why only for these items I required to cancel the 'reservations' because we never cancelled the reservations till date and successfully we are able to post the debrief, reservation creation is a standard process so it is ideal to have the reservation once we fully received the item against the ISO we raised.
