Mapping of Items with PO Line while receiving through MSCA in a WMS Org

When we try to receive a PO with same item repeated on multiple lines in MSCA by only entering Item Number and not line number, how do system maps the item with line.

Eg. PO P1

Line 1.1 Item: A Qty: 50

Line 2.1 Item: A Qty: 40

Receiving using MSCA for PO P1 for Item A with 10 Qty. Line number is not given while doing receiving.

How do system maps the receipt with  PO line.
