Unable to paste data into a 11.1.2.4.004 Planning form

Trying to encourage people to switch from using Excel to Planning. Told them they could copy data from Excel and paste into a Planning web form. It works on my machine, not on theirs. The users in a different plant do not even have the paste option available. Planning version is 11.1.2.4.004. Using company standard of IE11.
