EBS R12.2 : Vietnamese specificities and/or EBS localizations

Hello every body,

We plan to install EBS Oracle R12.2 (financial modules) in the Vietnam country ; I've tried to find documentations relative to this country on the Oracle Support Web Site but I didn't find anything except the NLS language.

Is there anybody on the forum who has already managed EBS R12 implementation ?

What are local requirements and Could we manage them with standard functionalities.
