Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Obiee 12C - publisher - not able to create xlsx output using excel templates

Publisher is not supporting xlsx files only xls when creating reports based on excel templates.

Do we have an easy workaround in Obiee. I do not want to create new reports (we have too many).

I know it is possible to run a conversion program, but I hope to avoid that also.

But if that is what we need which program should I choose?
