Bill plan has events in Ready Status but plan status moved to Completed for milestone type.

For Fixed-fee  Bill plan type -we have events in Ready status but,bill plan status is moving to completed.This issue is occurring in Production environment.

Below are the contract details:

1.Plan type-Milestone

2.Bill plan type with 4 events .2 events in completed status.

3.later an amendment was done for contract line and 2 events were added in 'READY' status.

4.The Bill plan status is now in 'Completed' though there are events in 'Ready' status.

Is there any possibility to change the Bill plan status to 'COMPLETED' with READY events for milestone type contracts.
