Upgrade Weblogic to 12.2.1

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade our Weblogic server from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.

We would like to know if this entire upgrade process can be carried out with zero downtime and is it recommended to keep the service up while upgrading the servers?

If this is achievable, do we have a specific approach to upgrade the servers or can we follow the generic installer?
