To modify task notification in oracle service request

Hi All,

We have requirement where user wants to add more information in notification which field engineer receives once task is getting assigned to them in oracle services.

Notification is generated once we click on launch workflow above.

In the above notification user wants to add more information like Contract Number, Bill and ship to site.

Could you please help if it is possible to do so.

Kindly revert in case more information is required.
