item number is not printed in R43510

In processing option , tab 'Print'  #3. Enter a '1' to print the Supplier Item Number , I mark '1' . and #4 . Enter the type of Cross Reference Number , I mark 'VN'

In Item Cross Reference . I define the X-Ref Type for the item code .

When print the R43510 , only the Account number is show ( I expected both account number and item number are show )

Anyone can help ?
