Unable to apply PSU due to services running out of remote nodes..

Hello,

On an AIX box we have, we are trying to apply a PSU but when we run opatch auto on node 1, it comes back and says services are running on node 2. This is correct. But the problem is that it wont install on node 1 because services are running on node 2.. This isnt an ACFS setup. I have confirmed this by running select * from v$asm_filesystem;

We've tried rebooting the node, same issue. Here is our command:

ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch auto ./22646198 -oh $ORACLE_HOME -ocmrf <path to OCM file>
