Creating Customer Price Groups in Advanced Pricing

Has anyone had an issue with category code 15 when setting up a Customer Price Group?

For some reason the "Check Price and Availability" (P4074) selects the correct price adjustment when I select any customer category code except for cat code 15.

Below is an example when selecting cat code 15.

The Customer Price Group is added to the price adjustment definition and the price adjustment detail revisions are also setup.
