Deleted inventory allocations

Hello, we are having issue with users allocating parts to a work order, generating demand and requisitions for the parts, and then deleting the allocations and parts from the work order.  We know of no way to identify the demand for these parts.  Are there any tables or methods to see the history of when a part has been on a work order after it has been removed?  Thank you
