when rebaselining award received Funds Check error

we use EBS Grants Accounting. Issue is ASI screen shows negative commitment amount of <41,000$> on the award budget. Found relevant MOS note: Doc ID 271015.1

PA Unable to Baseline Budget as Funds Check Failed While Submitting the Budget, F27 (Budget Submit/Baseline failed at Task Level)

What amount we need to add on the budget line, to resolve the issue? Please advise.
