Duplicate Quote created but does not reflect in the Opportunity screen

in Quoting - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Currently i' am working on an upgrade project from 12.0.4 to 12.2.5. In this i' am facing an issue relating to Duplicate quotes.

The issue is when i' am duplicating the quote it is getting created but not getting displayed in the Opportunity screen for which it is created. Also there are some of the values that are not reflecting in the Duplicate quote from the source quote. These 2 issues are working perfectly fine in the Pre-upgrade instance. I just needed some help regarding whether i' am missing some setups that needs to be done for these issues. I also attached a document for better understanding of the issue.
