How to use REPLACE (TNAC=05) in FA INTEROPERABILITY?

How can the REPLACE function (TNAC=05) in the FA INTEROPERABILITY be used?

CHANGE function (04) works fine but requires ALL fields from F1201 to be included, and all I need is 1 field to be changed.

Any documentation explains this?

Has anyone successfully done this?
