Work Order closure

I remember seeing this in 9.1 we can use P48701 Work Order Mass update template and preset the WO status and lock it and place in the comments and set the Advanced Query and based on the different WO Types create different versions and select the order and in few mins the selected Work orders will close based on the final update selected on the grid. For some reason I am unable to view or have access to P48701. Please let me know which programs I need access to? PLEASE can you confirm that this is the way to close
