MFC Ranges in RO and RR are not working

when a NMFC range is given in the NMFC low, NMFC high and Rate as NMFC Class fields in RO or Rate record. the RIQ is not pulling those rates. instead if we use the NMFC class field in RO. RIQ is bringing the rates.

1. create a RO with NMFC class 50

2.create a RR associated to the ABOVE RO for specific lane.

 

3.Create anothe RO with NMFC class Ranges in .(Use ranges 50 as low,200 as high and 50 in rate as NMFS class field)

4.Create a RR associated the RO in step 3 and for the same lane

 

5. Do a RIQ for the above lane and the result will only so the RO created in step 1 and not step 3.
