Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ASI installation fails at step: "N96400 - Find a WAN environment associated with this env's pathcode" with the following error message:

COB0000012 - GetProcAddress failed CINSTALL.dll function _FindAssociatedWANEnvironment@12 Error = 127
