The Organization ID <org_id> is Unrecognized Error when Click Personalization Link on SSHR Page

Hi,

I am facing an issue, while creating SIT for a new business group. when i am clicking on personalise button. i am getting the following error "The organization ID <ORG_ID>  is unrecognized. Your currentOrganization value is not recognized by the personalization tool. Your page cannot be personalized at this level value. You may choose another value and continue.

Do please let me know the solution. Something very urgent.
