How to correct ACA 1094C Form with over 100 records rejected

Hello,

Our 1094C Form was accepted with errors. The errors were for over 100 records where R08150 didnt populate line 15 (cost of the plan) of the Form (even though it was there for all 1095C Forms). We recently received a new template from Oracle, however, I'm not sure how to correct all the forms since these are so many. The forms were also right (meaning they had the cost on line 15 when applicable).

Did anyone have the same issue? Can you help?
