Operatio Scheduled start and scheduled completion

Hi,

1. I am putting Scheduled start date Suppose:- 9:00 AM (For Future) and scheduled completion Date is 4:00PM

But Scheduled duration is coming 0.

 

2. I am putting Scheduled start date Suppose:- 9:00 AM (System Date and time) and scheduled completion Date is 4:00PM

But Scheduled duration is coming 0.

Kindly advice.
