Talent Management- Is there a way to successfully enroll multiple direct reports rather than submitt

Our client run an annual review process and throughout the year new employees must be linked to the published plan. Without affecting the existing appraisals they would like to upload multiple assignments into the plan in one transaction.

Currently they follow steps to "Enroll Direct Reports" in the Performance-Management Plan Administration tasks.

Alternatively, is there a way MSS users can enroll new subordinates from their task manager?
