Error opening SISNAPI connection. Unable to access /sales_enu page on siebel server

Hello Team,

I have the Siebel Server IP16 configured on RHEL 7. and started the Siebel server by using  "start_server all" command.

I also verified by login to Svrmgr the component is running it. And port 2321 is also listening it.

srvrmgr> list comp SSEObjMgr_enu
