Install Database operation is hung when executed Master Install file (UCF)

Hi Team,

We are trying to configure Siebel database with Oracle 11g and executed the srvrupgwiz /m master_install_mf.ucf on Solaris 11 Sparc. This import process ran for about 12 hrs and went into unresponsive state. Please let us know if there is any work around to proceed in this situation.
