Change to Customer by Line of Business
We are planning to shift from standard customer master to Customer by line of business. We are currently on 9.1 and recently upgraded from OneWorld Xe. Oracle does not recommend shifting to LOB midway but our business is insisting on having different customer masters by LOB (credit limits, payment terms, collection managers etc). Any recommendations on the steps to be followed or pitfalls for the proposed change will be much appreciated.
