R12.2 Pre Upgrade document suggests to move Ra_customer_trx_all table to new table space with big ex

While looking through Upgrade documents(12.1.3 to 12.2.*)12.2.5 upgrade document suggests to move Ra_customer_trx_all table to a new table space with big extents.  I am not clear with only this table? and how do we find all the table that falls in the same category and the reason.

If anyone please suggest.
