E1 *All Role Security and Menu issue

Hi,
We have setup a new Role for Company Row Security with *ALL object. When added to user then when they signon with *ALL roles security is working fine.

Our issue is the Menu's are showing other menu options that shouldn't be. Before added the COBAIN1 to a user that already has 2 other roles the menu options are correct but once add in the COBAIN1 into the users role relationship it is wrong.
