Vac/PTO not accruing on Pay Stub

Hello community,

What would be the reasons that Vac/PTO would not show as accruing on the pay stub when calculating an interim? What setups should I check?

For example, I entered Reg Pay at 80 hours during the pay period, clicked the purple calculator and it showed that none of the DBAs for Vacation/PTO were accruing. This used to work correctly, but after a refresh to the environment last week, it's not working anymore.
