Can we implement Project Resource Management in a scenario of Shared HR responsibility?
My client has a shared HR responsibility and is using a third party HRMS tool. In this scenario, we are planning to propose Project Resource Management R12.2.6.
My question are below:
1. Does Project resource management work without limitations in this scenario?
2. Has anyone faced a similar scenario in the past? If so, what afre the roadblocks. Please advice.
