Migrate concurrent requests schedule while upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5

Hi All,

We are upgrading the oracle e-business suite from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5. So far in the iterations performed, we have the cloned the environment from production and then upgraded.

On the upgraded 12.2.5 environments we aren't seeing the scheduled concurrent requests that are running in production 12.1.3.

Please help me with the following.

1. I came across a few community discussions where it's mentioned that  it's a known issue with applications cloning that the scheduled requests will not be copied to the cloned environments.

If so, how can we migrate the same concurrent requests that were scheduled in PROD to be available after the upgrade. (under the respective users i.e. if a concurrent request ABC was scheduled by user X then after the upgrade also the same request should show as scheduled for the user A).
