Launch Apex Page from Forms Personalization - Focus

Hi...I would like to use a Form Personalization on the seeded PO form that will launch a custom APEX page for the user to do some data entry and then come back to the PO form to complete the PO.

I've managed to create the personalization using the Builtin action and Builtin Type 'Launch a URL' with the argument being the URL to my Apex application. 

Here is the question - the page opens, in the background IE browser and isn't very obvious to the user that it did so...is there anything I can do so that the focus switches from Apps over to the new web page that opens?  I've tried using all options for Target and they all behave the same way (page opens in the background).
