Oracle invoice payment accounting hit the liability account for cash account class

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3 and when we created intercompany AP invoice and made payment batch, the liability account which is debited has also been credited with account class Cash.  Not sure why the liability account getting credited with account class Cash.

Appreciate your help.
