Demantra engine status is wrong

I ran engine via concurrent request from Oracle. This request has been running for a  long time. The reason is engine status from URL http://devora24.westfarm.com:7004/engineManager//EngineManagerStarterServlet?command=start&mode=1&profile_id=1  shows -1, This means the engine is still running. However, in forecast_history, it seems the engine run time only takes 14 minutes, and status is 0. It seems some other  engine is running after batch engine (profile id =1). Is there a way to check? Please find details in the attachment.
