Siebel Configuration wizard failed

Hi Team,

I am trying to run the siebel configuration wizard and encountered with error and wizard failed. Below is the snippet showing the failure.  Also enclosed the log for the failure. Please let me know if there is any work around for the issue. Thanks in Advance.
