Does Billing Care application(75PS17) is supported in Weblogic Server 10.3.6 deployd on Windows 7?

Hi,

I have posted another question related to Installation errors for Billing care on my windows desktop .

On the Oracle documentation the supported OS for Billing care are RHEL Linux.Oracle Linux an Solaris

Does it  mean I cannot install Billing care on my windows and perform customization?Do i have to always use a remote test server(probably Linux) to test my changes?
