Receipts Created via ar_receipt_api_pub doesn't Affect OLFM Contracts

We have used the ar_receipt_api_pub to create receipts and applied them to invoices related to a specific contract number in OLFM, but when searching for them on Lease receipt OAF page it doesn't appear, Also the transaction is not reflected in the contract form. While it is shown on Receivables Receipts form !!

Please Advice.
