WEBADI: "Projects - Transaction Import" Custom layout is failed to upload the data in to interface t

After the application upgraded to 12.2.6, we are facing an issue with WEBADI Standard Integrator " Projects- Transaction Import"
(With the Custom Lay out)

We were able to access the LOV values and able to enter the data as required for the header and line level information defined in the custom lay out. once we hit the button on upload in excel - Its uploading the data but keep failing with "Validation Failed"

Note: The tagged transaction source has the pre & post processing extensions , i feel the data is not uploading in to PA_Transaction_interface_all table and allow the extension to validate the business validations.
