Error when editing RDF GA configuration

Hello dear experts!

Downloaded Patch 24953755: RDF 15.0.1.23, copied plugins to ConfigTools Version 15.0.0.0.920, opened GA configuration that is inside Patch.

Run Automaton - > RDF -> Specify Parameters, change nothing, press OK - receive the following error:

Furthermore there is no stderr.log in resource directory or anywhere else.

Environment variables are the folliwing:

set RPAS_HOME=C:\RPAS_15\rpas

set RIDE_HOME=C:\RPAS_15\tools

set JAVA_HOME="C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_101"

Any help will be highly appriciated!
