Siebel Loyalty - Effective period in opt-in promotion

Hello,

I have a question regarding effective period in theme-based promotions.

I am trying to create theme-based promotion using description from bookshelf:

Siebel Innovation Pack 2014: Theme-Based Promotions

I have set Opt-in Flag to Y, Optin Start Date, Effective Period, Effective Period Type.

As I understand when I enroll member to promotion, for each member in S_LOY_PROMOMEM table should be set THEME_EXPIRY_TS based on promotions Opt-In start date and effective period. But that doesn't happen.

Do I miss something?

We have Siebel Loyalty 8.1.1.14 patchset 16.
