AIRSH100 - XML Schema Validation Failed for PersonLastNm

Our employees last name is Panagodimitropoulou Roilou. The Error file only has 'Panagodimitropoulou ' . So I'm assuming Oracle is having trouble truncating because of the space?

Anyone else have this issue?

It is her legal name. So not really sure if we should manipulate.
