Inquiry about engine status

I have run the engine successfully and the forecast output is written into fore_x column. In forecast_history table, the status shows 0 (please find details in the attachment). I checked related engine document, and it seems that 0 means engine runs successfully. However, the previous engine runs show status as 1, and they also completed successfully. May I know how to interpret the status value in forecast_history table?
