R47121 Errors

Why are the below errors thrown in R47121?

Subject : Error: Quantity Amount Invalid

CAUSE . . . . The quantity amount entered does not balance to the gross amount

per the unit price on the line item.

RESOLUTION. . Enter the correct quantity amount.

Note: This check of quantites versus amount is only made for

unit price contracts (Pricing Type = 'U'). For non-unit

price contracts, the quantity amount entered is not

edited.

Subject : Error: Cost Invalid

CAUSE . . . . Cost cannot be less than zero.

RESOLUTION. . Enter the correct Cost.

Subject : Error: Extended Price Invalid

Cause. . . . . The Extended Price entered is incorrect. The Extended Price

should equal the number of units multiplied by the unit price.
