Contract generated from OM did not invoice

I have a contract that was generated from OM on 12/6/16 with the effectivities date 12/2/16 - 12/3//17. The billing is set to bill from Service Contracts; however the contract never invoiced. I've tried running the Service Contract Main Billing / AutoInvoice Import Program / Service Contracts Fetch Receivables Info for Billing programs and still no success. The only issue I see is that the Invoice Interface date is 12/3/16 and the Invoice date 12/6/16. I'm assuming this is because the contract was not created until 12/6/17. How do I get this to invoice?
