MFP v16 EECS

Hi,

Is MFP v16 EECS supported on classic client? I believe it is only supported on fusion, as it is a SaaS, but wanted to check anyways. Even if it does, can the classic client from customer premises connect to a domain on Oracle Cloud. Or, can we do a on-premise customer cloud and still use classic client?
